Extrusion Shortcut should safe last used extrude type

Use Case: I am a carpenter and am used to push pull from other apps. Therefore extrude manifold is the default I prefer.

Shortcut E is Extrude Region by default.

However it would be convenient if it changed with what is selected in the tool menu at the left side.

Alternatively it could safe the last selected configuration of the Box in the bottom left.

Alternatively I changed the shortcuts to have Extrude Manifold as default.

This is minor but would improve usability for new users in my eyes.
