Fade timeline scrollbar like properties scrollbar does.
The timeline scrollbar should fade out like a properties scrollbar.
The current scrollbar in the timeline takes up valuable space and can be visually distracting.
Let it be highlighted only when the mouse cursor is over it.

Personally, I am not a fan of hidden scrollbars to begin with. Seeing where I am isn't useless, and it's only a few pixels worth using for.
It's quite thick now. I propose not to hide but rather to dim it until the mouse gets over it.
