Camera Oriented Normals Render Pass

As a long time CG artist I have never actually used world-oriented normals in a render pass, though I can see how they might be useful I usually use the normal render pass to create texture data for textures used in other 3D meshes. Right now the only way to get that kind of normal data is from baking, which is useful, but very limited. There are tutorials for outputting this data using the viewport render and matcap shaders, this is entirely not useful because there is all sorts of displacement and bump data that isn't incorporated into matcap shaders. Blender really needs an option in the normal pass of render output to be relative to camera/screen and not just the world. A little checkbox for this would be amazing.
