Offset even sub-option while Extruding faces along normal
I always have to extrude faces with even offset but currently there is no option while performing this operation. Either provide some toggle like screenshot or provide option in preference.

There is an option for even offset while using the shrink function. It is in the top left corner (it can be seen on the screenshot you posted, the shortcut is S or Alt)
It could still be a nice thing to work the UI and put it where you point it in your suggestion.
And sincerely this face movement option could be "unified" with the extrude one. As an extruding option. As far as I tested, we have to first extrude with no height and then use the shrink one, which is a quite "hidden" command.
