A function to convert sculpt-mask into vertex group weights and vice versa

Found that it would've been convenient to use cavity mask as a mask for decimation modifier for better polygon density distribution. Had to resort to use Zbrush decimation master for its better control of the output, but despite that one having more contrast distribution than Blender's decimator it also puts an equally large amount of polys in cavities which do not contribute to silhouette fidelity. Rising polycount in games especially for organic shapes with complex surface require tools that accommodate the task. This Idea is one on the surface, and as far as I personally can think from my competence is relatively simple to implement considering the already existing, though unfortunately abandoned solution made by "bookyakuno" It would've been great if your team picked his "Mask tools" up github.com/bookyakuno/-Blender-/blob/master/maskTools_2-8.zip .

I agree, I think there isn't as much interoperability between sculpt mask, sculp-face-set, and older way to store data (wheight paint/vertex-group).
