Move "Load Factory settings" to Edit menu

Since we have moved the User Preferences to the Edit menu (and that makes perfect sense) we should also move "Load Factory settings" to the same menu.

This action also creates a new pristine document with all settings restored to factory default which makes this a hard choice but it should be debated.
