Edge Float Attributes: Replace Scale Operator

The operations like Edge Crease and Edge Bevel Weight are very hard to use. The primary reason is that the values are determined by the distance of the cursor from the pivot point of the selection.

Setting it to 1 is very easy. Just drag right, or outwards in any direction.

But it's basically impossible set creases and bevel weights to 0. Because to set the relative value to -1, the mouse cursor and pivot point need to align. edge_crease_modal.png

A far better solution would be to use left-to-right modal operations. Or even the relatively new slider modal operator. This is currently only used for Pose Mode.

This would also be a good way to set custom float attributes in the future. pose_slider.png

Insert Face and Bevel are the worst about this. I've just given up trying to use the mouse, and instead type in the value. Most of the time when I try to use the mouse, it either fails to do anything or I'm wondering if it DID do something, and just create duplicate geometry.
