Leading zeroes for number

I want to make a 3d timer with geometry nodes but there is no way for me to add zeroes before a single-digit number. I'm trying and trying but I couldn't find a way. I looked up for a solution but I can't find any. A new function that add leading zero would be much appreciated!

It's in fact already possible:

There are probably smart ways to make it work with negative numbers and also chose whether to zero-pad on the left and right, with a nice node group for good user experience.
