Add Rotation parameter to curve extrusion

More than one time I found myself editing a curve on a specific path, and when I needed the curve extrude (e.g. to make a simple railway) I found out the extrusion is stuck on a specific axis and the only way to obtain what I wanted (like in figure 3) I had to re-edit the entire curve. I propose to add a rotation parameter to the curve extrude in order to make easier editing this option.
