edit 3D cursor appearance
I want to use the rotation aspects of the 3D cursor more but the the size, color, and transparency make gray axis-lines very hard to see in a lot (most) situations. Please let me adjust the size and colors (especially those faint gray axis lines!) Or perhaps XOR the axis lines to always be in contrast with it's background colors?

I had to download a plug in to fix this issue for myself. its called ( 3D Cursor Plus ) have a look and see if it helps you out also.
Since Blender 5.0, the tips of the 3D cursor lines are colored according to their axis so it should be easier to see and tweak rotation. Also the black lines are like that by default but can be changed in the theme, with the 3D Viewport's "View Overlay" setting. Currently there's a bug that prevents the color from updating until you restart Blender, after restart is fine though.
