Draw Extrude/Extrude Along Curve
I cannot find this feature it may exist it may not. I was thinking of adding in extrude along curve/draw curve extrude type thing. It would have segment options, profiles etc. Simple enough of a concept but everyone knows coding is a different beast.
Edit: take a cube, select a face, hit extrude curve, it allows you to pick a curve you have drawn out and it extrudes that cubes face along that curve. Hit freestyle and you drag and draw as it extrudes along as you draw the path.
Seems I have been misunderstood which is understandable I am not the greatest at saying things.

You can generate cylinder like geometry using the "depth" value or have a custom bevel profile with another curve that is selected in the "taper object" field
* @Shimoon * No. Take a cube, select a face, hit extrude, select a curve it takes that face and extrudes it along a curve or extrude freestyle and you drag and draw while it extrudes along it. The above is useful for similar things though.
