New metric for 'Adaptive Sampling'.
I just released my own implementation of 'Adaptive Sampling', that not differs too much from Blender implementation. Its based on 'Yocto/GL' path tracer, much simpler than Cycles. My suggestion is to use the same metric. Not 'Noise Threshold', but 'Quality'. Quality = -log2(Noise Threshold). I think it is more intuitive.
Take a look at my Yocto/GL

Maybe it should be possible to render - till - we have a certain quality So we dont type 400 samples per frame for final, we set it to zero, and the quality or nose level only..
Another side note, can there be some sort of example because numbers are nice but its not so clear people can type 0.1 0.01 or 0.001 or 0.314599 numbers are not easy to interpret visual examples would be nicer I dont know if its equvalant to say 100ASA 200ASA 400ASA 1000ASA (old camera rol formats who each had certain amounts of noice per brand Kodak, Fujisi, etc).
I think this broke my CUDA, Can't find instruction on install or uninstall. Any forum on this addon?
