Add option to reload a texture (from hard drive) from shader editor

If you do something like export a texture out of blender and do some photoshop or gimp work on it and want to reload it back to blender you need to open the image in in blender's image editor and reload it. Would be cool if you could just reload the texture from the shader editor:

This is already possible from the Item tab in the node editor's sidebar.

* @Jason van Gumster * I find it pretty funny so many proposals here are already features in Blender. I'm trying to work out whether that's due to users not learning the software, or Blender hiding important tools.

* @Jason van Gumster * That thing failed to actually refresh the image so many times over the 7 months I've been using Blender that I just gave up on it. Does it work now? -- goes to check -- No, doesn't work for me.

* @thinsoldier * Works just fine for me. I use it all the time.

If it's not working for you, then that's a bug and it should be reported on developer.blender.org .

* @Logan Preshaw * Different features can be implemented in different ways. Just because you can do already something in blender does not mean the existing way to do it is the best way.

* @o7216059 * Oh I absolutely agree. So much so that I think many others tend to miss the point when a feature that saves time is proposed.

I only meant functions that already existed, but the proposer hadn't actually found it yet and thought it was missing. Just the other day I found "quick effects" for quickly setting up smoke, grass etc. I had proposed such prefabs not so long ago. Happens to everyone hehe.
