Grease pencil ShrinkWrap modifier?

Are there any plans to add to the Grease Pencil object a modifier similar to the shrink wrap modifier. It will be useful when you have your stroke on a deforming surface. Like for example with the wings on this model Link

Is there a different way to do this?

There is a workaround with a lattice.

You can use a 2D-lattice (one axis set to zero) to deform grease pencil. The lattice gets a shrinkwrap modifier.

use snaps->faces? Although it's true that an actual modifier would allow for things like normal offset

* @ferran m.clar * I used snap to faces to draw it, but I want to rig it now. I wanted to animate the surface because its lighter and Shrink-wrap (or surface deform ) the GP on top. I guess its not implemented yet.

* @george.mitev * I am quite sure you can use the actual Armature Modifier. I did a quick search and found this: blenderartists.org/t/rig-a-grease-pencil-drawing/678713/5
