Interface Layout Lock and Unlock Option
Problem: Blender's interface offers extensive customization, but accidentally moving panels can disrupt workflows.
Solution: Introduce a lock/unlock toggle for the entire interface layout. Locking prevents accidental panel movement. Unlocking allows for customization.
Implementation: A new button or menu item can be added for layout locking. Consider visual cues to indicate the locked/unlocked state (e.g., dimmed lock icon when locked). Explore keyboard shortcuts for quick toggling.
Benefits: Improves workflow consistency by preventing accidental UI changes. Users can experiment with layouts without risk of losing their ideal setup.

Add option to have UI changes listed in the undo stack. Enable that option for brand new installs (beginner users). Done. No need to debate ui changes or make new icons.
