Limit crash prone modifier values

Limit crash prone modifier values like remesh and some of the geometry node values to something that the average PCs can handle without crashing. Add a toggle either in preferences or on the nodes/modifiers themselves for unlocking the values.

This would reduce the amount of accidental "Let me scroll through this value real quick to see the difference" crashes while also giving beginners a clearer idea of expected values that promote better topology and such instead of cranking a remesh modifier to millions of polygons when the average user doesn't need anything that high.

Many people already add failsafes on their geonodes to avoid accidentally using high values that lead to crashing, this would also remove the need of implementing those manually every time.

I've seen this suggestion many times (some of them in the devtalk) and it is impressive that it is not implemented. "Pulling this slider all the way to the left crashes the software, wich is expected behaviour" is a massive anti-feature.
