Save data sheets of node parameters

This idea is about a new method to save, represent and edit node settings in a table format.

Why? In some node groups we end up into a situations, where the node group can produce multiple nice looking end results. So you would wanna be able to save your node settings without creating always new material.

As an example of situation where this could be useful is this checker noise material that can generate millions of unique pixel patterns:

The problem with this is that if you find some good setting, you have to save a new material or a blend file to keep your settings safe. Otherwise it would forever be lost.

Every node ID would have their own column of all of it's settings.

If you click the cell in the editor, the shader editor also would select and center the node in question automatically, so that you would also visually be able to see what is being selected.

With the data being connected via the node ID to the node editor, it would allow the system to be working even if you add new nodes to your shader. Those new nodes would just be added to the table with their own ID.

The table would continue down with the other snapshot versions. And you could save the revisions by selecting the node(s) and clicking "save snapshot" button in the editor. It would create a new row for those settings.

This editor should not be on always, but only if you need these snapshots you could activate it by creating a new sheet that would be connected to the shader.

You should also be able to load the parameters back to node editor by going to the specific row and clicking a "play" button within that row, or with right click special menu of some cell, load the settings to the corresponding node. Also you should be able to save the parameters out of Blender to be edited in an external editor. (libre office for example)

Being able to load csv files to Blender could be used in other things also, but this proposal is not about those.

I made a very rough mockup of this to show what I am targeting with all of this. table.jpg
