Link Collection to another scene easier

Currently, to link a collection to another scene, you have to change the Outliner view to "Scenes", then drag and drop the Collection to the other scene while holding "Ctrl". This makes sense, but there are too many steps and things to know.

If the user could just right click the collection or object in the outliner, and find these options: " Move to Scene > Scene " or " Link to scene > scene ", this would be very intuitive, and it would only take two clicks.
