Expose the Edge Length in the User Preferences for Size and Color

I have been using the Display Edge Length a lot recently and become a little frustrated that I don't find a way to increase the size of the text or change the color of the text to make it easier to read with my eyesight.

I would suggest allowing the user to at the least be able to adjust per theme.
