Selecting color collection while moving to the new collection (M shortcut)

Now when press "M" we can create a collection and move objects into it. There is a window pop-up where the collection can be named and created. I`d like to propose to add option (icons) to select color to the icon collection in this window. Now, it requires two step - one is moving and second is selecting a color in the outliner.
