Middle Mouse button Panning inside index panels

Hello there :3 .

So we have these index panels like the grease pencil layers , The materials , Vertex groups , and for other objects , Shape keys.

Now that we have "Middle Mouse button Panning in menus / and pop ups" in blender 5.2 , can we also have this in these index panels list too?
