Excuse me, that code was immmature, just my starting point. No, I don't expect others to work for me, just wish someone will have something to add to "my" work. Yes, I did it entirely in Gemini, but it has really evolved since my first post in this thread.

Hope you'll like it, I adopted a tracker-like mechanism for the sequencer, as opposed to ther Piano Roll approach.
My repository is still missing proper documentation, and I'll do that next days, but first (maybe tomorrow) I have to translate it fully in English, it's now mixed Eng/Ita.
You can use nodes to create synths and play them with the tracker, or, under the VSE, apply effects directly to samples (eg: .wav)
Either way, this is now more complete than my first post, for which I apologize.
