Add to Quick Favourites directly from Operator Search

The operator search menu is currently a lacking right-click context menu, which means that we can't add items to Quick Favourites, or add shortcuts directly from search results. In my opinion, the operator search menu is the most useful place to have the ability to add to Quick Favourites, as some operators are not available in the UI, or just hidden in an obscure place, so it is often much easier to just search for them.

Note: This is almost the same as this suggestion to add the assign shortcut function to the search menu, but I am suggesting the ability to add quick favourites too. Perhaps it would have been better to suggest under the original proposal? In any case, they are related.

* @ Vyacheslav * Yep, I mentioned that it my proposal. I originally submitted this issue as a bug report, as I thought it was a simple omission or bug, but it required a feature request and was closed, and I forgot about it until recently when I started using Blender for work again.

I commented on the other proposal, linking this one and the author combined the Add Quick Favourites to his proposal in response.

AFAIK it is planned already and was discussed.
