Outliner settings Per Camera "Scene Cameras"
It would be great if we had an option for saving outliner settings and more per camera.
Examples:
In Archiviz, some cameras may have different particle settings, with some things on and off for different views. Example, a tree works in one view but not great in another view.
One view may have some objects renderable and some not.
One camera might be for a night rendering with different light/ sky settings.
To have each camera remember how the outliner, environment, particles, etc. are set up for each view would be much easier than having to remember to switch everything around, turn items on and off for each camera. I have tried setting up scenes in Blender, but I can never seem to get it do exactly what I want it to do. To me, this is a more straight forward approach than using Blenders scene settings, at least for archviz set ups.
This would "add" another option to be able to store scene information/ outliner set ups. Just by switching cameras, you have everything stored within the cameras you select. I would call them "scene cameras"

Rather than adding a new system that does basically what scenes and view layers do but with one added feature, why not update the current systems that already exist to support what you need?
If we could override cameras, or even frame range on the view layer, I think it would solve your issue.
