Mousewheel should keep working while color picking
Hello,
when you use the pipette for colorpicking, the mouse wheel does not work anymore. It would be nice if it does, because sometimes you need to zoom into the picture, to pick the right color.

Real question - why don't you zoom first? The eyedropper is a modal operator, so it starts from the button to call it and stays 'waiting' until you click the mouse to pick the color, and returns that color to the color picker. Then the interface is freed for you to do whatever you want to do next.
