Geometry nodes: Allow us to make Node group panels within panels

Basically, a panel inside of another panel. Panels are really useful when you need tons of inputs, but right now it doesn't seem to be able to create more panels inside of a panel. If you have way too many inputs, panels can be great for sub-categories of organization.
