Change Global Coordinate System to have Y point up, Z point towards user.
When developing for Vision Pro RealityKit and Reality Composer Pro use a coordinate system where Y points up, and Z points towards user.
I would love to have a setting in Blender where the visible coordinates have Y point up, Z point towards user.
Under the hood it can still be the same code as before, it's just a visual thing for the Blender UI really.

It isn't just a visual thing.
Let us say they just flip the labels in the gizmo.... Now you need to reference an axis in a driver or modifier - do you choose y or z?
When you open an external file where z was up, what do you see in blender in your special relabeled version?
It would be nice if there was a universal standard for z or y up, but there is not. Some 3D applications use one, and some use the other. I actually prefer exactly what you were suggesting, but it's not going to happen.
