Gnome (Linux) title bar: Merge menu and title bar to save vertical space
On Linux Desktop alot of vertical space is wasted. This could be resolved if the title bar and the menu gets integrated, similar to what is proposed in this macOS thread:

A lazy workaround that works for me is set Blender to full screen and save it like default file config.
