Save/Load Scene Settings

As a person who works with many different files (including other people’s), I’m tired of changing values in the Properties Editor (Render resolution, number of samples, etc.) Yes, you can use Backspace to reset the settings, but this does not work with everything and is not always correct . It would be cool to be able to save certain scene settings and load them in another file or another scene. There is already an addon that does this, but in my case it doesn’t do a very good job because it records all the information from the scene (addons settings too)

It appears to me like the "Save Startup File" already in blender, where you can save aspects as those you mention and every time you open a new file they remain as you set them. Soooo, already covered.

as far as I know the things you saved in your startup will not be imported if you open someone elses blender file. Only when you create a new file

This only applies to workspace windows. Everything related to any values (Render resolution, number of samples, etc.) is not saved.

You can get around this at least to some extent by unchecking the "Load UI" option in the open file dialog. This only effects the file you are currently opening. There is also a more permanent option in the "Save & Load" section of the Blender Preferences, "Load UI", which will make it so that every file you open will open the way your default startup file is configured.

I dont know for sure if it will retain every aspect of your render and output settings for sure. There is a free addon I've found that will allow you to create standard presets of any combination of settings per render engine:
