CTRL+ENTER accepts current input field and dialog box [particularily in Save-as dialog]

In the "Save as" dialog, pressing enter either

• does nothing; or
• only accepts the filename field input

I propose CTRL+Enter immediately accepts everything and saves. That'd be equivalent to pressing enter an clicking accept.

Corollary to this, the color of the filename box should update immediately while typing to reflect if another file with this name already exists.
