Change Snapping Increments Live by Using Scroll Wheel while Transforming

Say you're rotating an object, and holding CTRL so that it snaps incrementally. By default, this increment is 5 degrees. The idea is that while the user is performing any transform, they could use the scroll wheel to go up or down from the default increment.

So for example:

Rotation by default snaps in increments of 5. Each scroll up input increases this by 5 degrees until you reach 25, at which point it then goes up to 45, then 90.

Translation snaps by 1 unit. Each scroll up would increase this by one unit, and a scroll down would decrease it by one unit (or, if increment is already ≤ 1, decrease it by .1)

Scale snaps by 0.1. You get the idea, as you scroll up, bigger increments, and as you scroll down, smaller.

I think this would be a small QOL change that would speed up workflows and make blender even faster and more artist friendly. Blender is already full of these sorts of tools (think typing in specific numbers, or even equations, while transforming) so I believe it would fit in quite nicely. Since there is no super easy way to change snapping increments right now, it would be a welcomed change.

As a final thought, I imagine there would be a toggle button in the "snap to" menu that you usually use to change snapping type, that allows you to change whether the increment will remain where you had it during your last transform, or if each time you transform it resets to the default increment.
