the frames we see while switching between graph editor and dope sheet

when we switch between graph editor and dopesheet we are spawning on the prevoius set of frames where we left that respective editor. how about lying on the same set of frames shown in the viewport while switching between the two panels. this isn't about the frame range. I'm talking about the frames we see in the panels.
