Directly move sub-frame marker for time stretched scenes.
I have used time stretching a few times now. And it's annoying when there's "two" play markers of which you can only move one.
Since you can't move the sub-frame marker you need to use the regular one which is out of range to even be seen in most cases. I have to resort using a timeline window for the regular marker alongside the graph editor for the sub-frame marker - which represents where the actual key-frames are. But even then when the regular marker is moved the sub-frame marker moves very quickly (especially for frame by frame corrections).
The regular time marker represents frames in the stretched range. Say we stretch by 2x and the marker will display f2000 instead of f1000 unlike the sub-frame marker.
The example shows ranges f2009-f2016 (stretched/regular) and a f1363-f1673 (sub-frame)
