Limiter for Constraint and Modificators,etc. on time line
The idea is to use Limiter for Constraint and Modificators on time line as object on time line in keying (a belt from to), where this belt from to limiting each Constraint and Modificators if selected. Soo..we can have many limiters and many Constraint and Modificators where limiters deciding when Constraint and Modificators are used and applied.
The reason for this is due conflicts from path/track when Motion Tracking. Then one Limit location change all in case other can be in conflict. Then limiter can decide when Limit location is turned on on time line and applied.
It's just idea.. not perfect.

I know about "Children of"..
Isn't that the same as keying the constraint's factors?
But for other solutions as Limit locations for object we can have conflicts, Limiter from to on time line can solve this stupid problem if many. Take point about usage this for CGI where we must very improvise many time.
