Allow the gizmo axis guides to be disabled

I would love to have the option to disable the colored axis lines that appear when an object or its sub-components are being transformed. I am referring to the blue, green and red lines that show the axis constraints currently being used by the transform gizmos.

I find these lines to be distracting and largely unnecessary. It would be great if they could be disabled just like the world axes lines.
