clear parents and keep visual animation

As the title implies, In many cases we need to apply animation of a child object from its parent and then clear parent and do some modifications to its animation.

so my suggestion is to add an option in the alt+p menu named like this: "clear parents and keep visual animation"

This suggested operator works by creating a new action named after the name of the action of the parent object with numbering to its name (suffix).
