Sync (or separate) mouse and trackpad zooming direction setting

Some people like to zoom in when they push up with mouse or trackpad or drawing tablet so it feels like they are "driving" towards the object, while others prefer to feel like they are pushing the object away.

But either way the user will want this behavior to be consistent on all input devices, so they won't get confused when switching between them.

At this moment, when pushing up holding middle mouse button or tablet pen, it is "driving towards". But at the same time, with their shared "Inverse Zoom Direction: Mouse" setting, it is "pushing away" on Macbook's trackpad (I don't know if this happens on a Windows laptop too, but I guess so).

This behavior is in sync with the Node Editor(by default it is all "driving towards" on mouse and pen and trackpad), so I think it makes sense for it to be in sync in all other editors too.

That's exactly how it's designed. There is a patch to fix it. projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/82006
