Streamline Shape Keys Duplication

New Shape from Mix makes duplicating shapes a chore if you have shape keys bound to drivers, we should be able to just select a shape key and duplicate it with a dropdown menu option and/or use shortcuts like ctrl C + ctrl V or shift D.
