Zoom in out relative to mouse position for node editors (like Figma does)

By zooming in/out you can move arround the nodes without scrolling.

(Instead of zooming relative to the center of the canvas)

Sorry for bothering, and thanks! ^^

I noticed that this setting applies to both the 3D view and the Node view, but you can't enable it separately. I personally don't use Zoom to Mouse Position in the 3D view but I might use it in Node view if it was available separately.

By saying without scrolling, I mean, horizontal/vertical scroll. Ctrl+scroll / Shift+scroll
