Update presets

I'm a new blender user and I like the presets idea, but It feel half done since there is no way to update a present, you have to delete it and add it again. I would like to have a RMB on the preset and Update (and the present would update with current settings). For discoverability this shoulalso be displays in the UI. This seems very easy to implement but...
