Blender starting with splash screen and desktop is still visible and clickable.

Blender could start with a small splash screen on Windows system. Desktop would be still visible and clickable when Blender is starting . Now I can see only grey full screen that blocks everything for 30 second (a lot of add-ons so start must be slow!) or need to click in the bottom right corner or press a shortcut (which is not always working, at least on my computer). I consider this solution as a very helpful and it works great in all other apps (for example Substance Painter is starting this way).

Why do you need to click on desktop icons while a program is launching?

When program starts (and it takes time) I can do something else in the meantime. If splash screen would be an option in preferences anybody could choose preferable solution. If someone likes the old way let it be. It is not something that add-on can fix I suppose, that`s why I wrote it here as a proposition for devs.
