Addons Support Level - Filter to separate user addons from build-in ones

Why

Currently we have 3 "support levels" of addons: Official, Community and Testing. Rach support level have its own icon and filter button:

In Official and Community there are ~90 build-in addons in official releases and in testing category there are additionaly (also ~90?) addons from contrib in daily test builds.

So there is quite a number of build-in addons. But as we all know we can additionally Install addons from internet.

Problem

If we install and not activate right away or install manually to activate/deactivate our custom addons we have to find them and if we dont know the name of addon we have to do this manually. They are not visually different from build-in addons in list(image below) and there is no filter to easy find them

Proposal

Add forth category of support level for installed by user addons with their own icon. So with single click we could filter our custom installed addons.

All addons inside %appdata% os scripts path would be present in this fourth support category.

Alternatively it could be named "user addons" or something better.
