These is good idea, u meed to phrase it properly, and title should feel correct.
When U title it as "Integrating a Neural Engine as a Core Feature to DaVinci Resolve" People think you are suggesting a feature for resolve. When they feel like that, they feel your crazy, thinking suggesting feature for resolve in blender's forum. And u get ignored.
Rewrite these entire article and make it different post, remove these 1. How you phrase things really matters as people don't understand what's going here.
