Areas for improvement

I would like to request some specific improvements when using the blender. First of all, I want texture manipulation to be more intuitive. Texture manipulation can be difficult for beginners. Next, because the screen is too cluttered with too many functions, I would like it to be possible to hide menus and commands that are not used often, and only display the commands that are used. I would be happy if the above requests could improve this software.
