Rotation and Scale Gizmos options

There are some deep paper cuts with the current Gizmos that could be fixed by adding more options:

• The outer white circle to rotate or scale in the View axis is often too close to the axis handles.

Suggestion: Make its visibility optional or allow to change its size

• The Trackball style Rotation sphere is very often in the way and makes the Axis Rotation handles hard to select as they are only few pixels wide.

Suggestion: Make it optional or allow to increase Rotation Axis thickness.
