Have the move gizmos in sculpt mode turned off by default.
The sculpt mode now has a move gizmo turned on at the object origin to allow fast movement of the mesh.
My experience of this is I never use and often accidentally hit it moving the entire mesh slightly without wanting to.

You only use the tool if you choose it.
Now, if you mean accidentally moving the mesh when you click in the UI (e.g in the N panel), this is a powerful bug....... developer.blender.org/T71899
* @TheRedWaxPolice * This is not that bug.
The sculpt transform gizmos are always there in sculpt mode (for me anyway) so when entering sculpt mode I have to remember to turn off gizmos to avoid accidentally clicking them. Then remember to turn them back on when I leave.
I see how accidentally clicking the gizmos is not much of an issue when sculpting characters as the gizmo location will be between the feet and unlikely to be hit. However if you sculpt small things with the geometry centered around 0,0,0 it's impossible to work freely with hitting the gizmo. For example sculpting a rock or a head from a sphere.
