Auto cutout/intersect in extrude mode

Hi everyone I thought about one thing. Then you modeling in Sketchup you have push/pull command it same like Blender extrude (almost :)). Let say you extrude hole in cube and its aligns to another side. In cube it automatically creates hole through. What do you think about similar improvement in Blender? In my opinion it make much faster hole making process.
