Proportional editing and Snapping -2 more modes for edit mode
Today i just found out i can't snap while i am in edit mode because proportional editing was turned on ,i need to do something similar to what the image describes snap to a surface with proportional editing turned on. i reported it as a bug ,this is the replay i received:
''This is working as intended as proportional editing can move the verts we could snap to. So it is disabled to removed jerky snapping behavior. If you have any ideas how to solve this, you can post a proposal to...''
So this is my proposal:
Inverted vertices - the snap effect will take place only outside the determined radius and only after mouse moves.
Detached surfaces - snap take place only if the surface is a separate part of mash.

you can do proportional edit to connected mesh, that basically will do that. inverted vertex could be something interesting, when you have a surface that is connected but very thin, But it also kind of works if you use "connected" proportional editing.
* @lluc84 * The problem is that snap is not responding That's what This offer is all about, How to make it possible to snap to something in the same object.
I guess i was not Clear in What i intended to suggest.
