Streamable video formats please.
Well how about some options for the video codec, to optimize for Youtube / Facebook. Your videos will process faster if you encode into a streamable file format. For more information, visit ( support.google.com/youtube/answer/1722171 )
I assume that most people create online content. And if it would be possible to have a small setting for it (maybe also their size formats).
PS its just a sugestion Blender is my main video editor now. And i like that i dont have to question what video bitrates etc, all is just fine and easy to use.

* @-L0Lock- * where in the picture does it say streamable ?
Nowhere, because "streamable" isn't an existing option in video encoding. It's only a name given to a group of encoding settings which suits the most for a specific service. It's not something absolute, it changes frome one service to another, from one video to another, ...
As for youtube, using "streamable" settings basically means using h264 video codec, aac audio codec, mp4 or mkv container, 2 max bframes and appropriate bitrate depending your network and your video resolution.
You have access to all those settings in Blender.
Now if you mean something else when saying "streamable", please elaborate.
You can already use the built in version of FFMPEG.
* @alf * try uploading to youtube then you notice
* @Peter Boos * Notice what? I've uploaded thousands of videos made out of Blender which different settings. What should I notice?
