Printing Python variables of operator Poll methods

All been there, .poll() method failed. It would be very handy if we could use the inspect module or similar to look at an operator's poll method and its Python variables in something more human readable than what we currently have. Maybe an operator that can do this for the following operator being executed?

Definitely agree. Might need to just be documentation. Especially need this for C++ based operators, where there's no real way to determine what context variables are used without manually going through all the code.
